CRANMORE FITNESS INTRODUCES NEW PERSONAL TRAINERS

North Conway, NH- Cranmore Fitness, the Valley’s largest fitness facility is pleased to announce the addition of four new personal trainers to their team.

Recently joining the team is Carl Iacozili, CPT, Brian Mills, DPT (retired) & CPT and Marques Bostic, OD & CPT.

Iacozili moved to the area 20 years ago and enjoys all of the sports the mountains have to offer. An avid alpine and Nordic skier, mountain biker and runner, he has competed solo in 24 hour mountain bike races, Skate Ski races, ½ marathons and running races, mudruns and Mud Football tournaments. Iacozili has coached mountain biking, football, gymnastics and Ninja Warrior Training for kids and adults.

Brian Mills has over 35 years of experience in coaching and personal training. Before retiring to New Hampshire with his wife and two children, Mills, owned and operated a multi-office physical therapy company. Presently, he works with local high schools to develop their strength and conditioning programs and is the assistant high school football coach at Kennett High School.

Spending much of his time practicing optometry, Marques Bostic, has made personal training a perfect adjunct to his career. Bostic is ACSM, CPR, AED, First Aid Certified and is also A Matter of Balance Coach.

Craig Porter, certified personal trainer, joined Cranmore Fitness in the fall of 2016. Porter is ACE certified and focuses on proper strength training, nutrition and proper recovery.
