VAN MORRISON TRIBUTE CONCERT AT CRANMORE
NORTH CONWAY — The Arts Jubilee Summer Concert Series presents Moondance: The Ultimate Van Morrison Tribute Concert on Thursday, August 3rd at Cranmore Mountain Resort. Local band Bennett & Perkins will open the show at 6:00 pm, followed by Moondance at 7 pm.
Rock and roll doesn’t get any better than Van Morrison. “Van the Man” has done it all – from classic rockers like Brown Eyed Girl and Domino to legendary tunes like Tupelo Honey and Into The Mystic, the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer has never failed to impress music lovers around the globe. Moondance is the Ultimate Van Morrison Tribute Concert. This incredible show captures the Van Morrison concert experience like no other. You’ll hear classic tunes – Moondance, And It Stoned Me, Wild Night, and Caravan – just to name a few. The show is packed with one VM classic after the next.
Concert admission is $18 for adults, $12 for seniors, $5 for students, and free for kids 12 and under. Pre-order tickets online at www.artsjubilee.org, or pay at the gate on the night of the show (cash or credit). Online sales end at 12 pm on the day of each show, but tickets will always be available at the front gate, which opens at 5:30 pm.
There’s plenty of free parking on site, food and beverages will be available for purchase, and there will be a raffle for a variety of great local prizes at every concert. Seating is not provided at the venue, so concertgoers are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket to enjoy the show. Animals are not allowed on the property except for leashed service dogs. All concerts are rain or shine with the exception of rare circumstances, so guests are advised to come prepared as they would to any outdoor event.
