Spring signals season change in the natural world. The Tin Mountain Homeschool program aims to foster awareness, passion and understanding of these seasonal changes in our students. We’ll visit vernal pools that house frog and spotted salamander eggs, spot songbirds returning from the tropics to nest here, watch and record the budding of trees and flowers from week to week, and have lots of fun exploring signs of spring on our trails at the Tin Mountain Nature Learning Center in Albany, NH.

The Tin Mountain Spring Homeschool Semester Program will run Tuesdays, April 7th through May 12 for a total of six (6) classes. Cost is $13/class for Tin Mountain members and $15 for non-members. The same cost applies for open enrollment in winter classes, which are currently running every Wednesday from 10am-noon through March 25th. For questions or to register, call Phaedra Demers or Matt Maloney at Tin Mountain at 603-447-6991, or e-mail pdemers or mmaloney.
