Pope Memorial Library to Host Second Vaccine Clinic Tuesday, May 10th

After the grand success of the first mobile vaccine clinic, the Pope Memorial Library of North Conway will be holding a second COVID-19 Mobile Clinic Tuesday, May 10, from 12 p.m. until 3 p.m. COVID-19 vaccines will be available for free to the public, anyone ages five and up. No insurance information will be required.

The vaccine clinic will be offering first, second, third, and booster doses of the COVID-19 vaccine and will offer the choice between Moderna, Pfizer, and J&J vaccines. No registration is required. The clinic is walk-in only that is first-come, first-serve. There will be supplies to vaccinate approximately 90 people. Vaccines will be administered in the library’s lower-level meeting room, a large multi-use space suitable for large groups or groups looking to social distance available for the public to reserve.

“The first vaccine clinic was so successful that we felt we needed to offer a second one.” assistant director Haley Torrey stated, “We ran out of doses about a half-hour before the clinic was set to wrap up, and we still had people arriving to get vaccinated.”
