Winter Entertainment Series Rolls into Vacation Weeks!

The newest series to hit the Mt. Washington Valley at the Theater in the Wood continues with fantastic performers as the Valley rolls into vacation weeks!

INTERVALE, NH – With vacation weeks taking over the White Mountains starting this weekend, the Winter Entertainment Series at the Theater in the Wood continues to impress visitors and residents alike! Between comedian Juston McKinney, an Ice Bar Weekend, and the Vermont-based 7-piece rock band, Chad Hollister Band, there is something for everyone!

First on Saturday, February 15th, funnyman, Juston McKinney returns to the Theater in the Wood at 7:00 pm. If you enjoy stand-up comedy, you will not want to miss this hilarious New England comedian. Juston McKinney has had multiple appearances on The Tonight Show, his own Comedy Central Specials, and a new one-hour special available on Amazon Prime. Tickets are limited and this event will sell out.

On Friday, February 21st and Saturday, February 22nd, the Winter Entertainment Series takes things outside for an Ice Bar Weekend! Along with an outdoor Ice Bar and special 100-Acre Wood carvings created by Ice Breaker Carvings based out of Manchester, NH, DJ Kristen Corrigan will be mixing up the tunes, while Sausage Express and Elevation 6288 serves up some yummy treats, and cocktails behind the bar are being doled out. The Ice Bar will be open both Friday and Saturday from 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Tickets purchased online or at the door will include one signature cocktail. This is a 21+ only event.

Then on February 29th, Theater in the Wood welcomes a brand-new band to the MWV. Chad Hollister Band from Vermont will be performing beginning at 7:00 pm. Chad Hollister Band has been evolving and touring the country for over 20 years. Chad has opened for Bob Dylan, Paul Simon and Tom Petty and has shared the stage w/ every PHISH member, Billy Gibbons, Merl Saunders, Warren Haynes and Blues Traveler. His music is a voice for the Positive and reminds you that life is truly a gift as is the ability to share it through music.
