The new restaurant and eateries will follow suit.

“We plan to keep the ‘wicked fresh way’ intact,” Danny noted. “Ingredients will be sourced from the Northeast, including a local vendors Sherman Farm and North Country Smokehouse.”

Kathy, famous for her award-winning cupcakes at White Mountain Cupcakery, emphasized that the FIRE menu will have many layers to it.

“It won’t just be a pizza restaurant,” Kathy emphasized. “The goal is to have it be a modern take on old world tastes with a variety of menu options and fresh flavors to experience on every visit.”
