Mount Washington Valley Chamber of CommerceGovernor Sununu’s and Mill’s Executive Order requiring all lodging which includes AirBNB, Home Away, traditional lodging properties and other lodging reservation platforms to remain closed except for those populations identified in the order through their respective dates.

Governor Sununu’s and Mill’s Executive Order requiring all lodging which includes AirBNB, Home Away, traditional lodging properties and other lodging reservation platforms to remain closed except for those populations identified in the order through their respective dates.

This makes it imperative that you manage all means of speaking with potential guests specifically on line reservation systems such as Expedia and home rentals etc.

If you are on Expedia please go in to your account and Build a New Rate Plan and indicate that you are only open for essential travel as identified by Executive Order. Or contact your market manager.

For other platforms block out the calendar dates through the current end date of the Executive Order (May 4) or ask for assistance from their help center. Remember to go back in if the end date changes.

Don’t forget to change your phone message as well if you do not have a live person handling all incoming calls. Check the view from outside your establishment so that you do not forget to shut off OPEN signage etc. Anything that indicates you are open is unacceptable.

If your website does not have a Covid message front and center to help your guests understand our current reservation policy please add that.

Remember these orders go through May 4th currently but could be extended so stay on top of reading the chamber’s updates or call me with questions anytime at 603-662-9701
