Poised with up to 130+” of snowfall & ready for Feb vacation week in Mt Washington Valley, NH

Attitash -61 trails, 49 groomed runs, 241 acres skiable terrain. 7 lifts. Base depth: 18″-230. 2″ of new snow in the past 7 days. 73″ of snow this season. Slopestyle competition on Sat. Attitash After Dark on Sat, including fireworks. Live entertainment in at Bear Peak & Ptarmigan Pub daily during Feb Vacation Week.

Black Mountain – 33 trails,16 groomed runs. 2 lifts, more running this weekend. Base depths: 12″-36″. 12″ of snowfall in the past 8 days. Find live entertainment in Lostbo Pub nightly during Feb vacation week.

Bretton Woods – 54 trails, 341 skiable acres.8 lifts. Base depth: 30″-40″. 10″-13″ of snowfall in the past 7 days. 132″ of snowfall this season. Enjoy both adult and kids’ Apres Ski Parties after a day of great skiing. Night skiing Fri, Feb 16-Sat, Feb 24th.

Cranmore– 48 trails, 42 groomed ,157 skiable acres. 4 lifts. Base: 24″-32″. 11″ of new snowfall in the past 7 days. Tubing & Mountain Adventure Park open starting Friday, 4pm and open this weekend and daily during Feb vacation week. Daily entertainment in Zips Pub and Cranapalooza entertainment daily too during Feb vacation week.

King Pine – 100% open. 17 trails, 100% groomed. 1 Terrain park open with 9 features. 50 skiable acres, 5 lifts. Base depth: 12″-30″. 11″ of new snow in the past 7 days. 63″ of snow this season. The tubing park and skating rink are both open for regular hours. Torchlight Tubing on Friday, and Winter Carnival events throughout Vacation Week. Ski & Snowboard camps during Feb vacation week too.

Shawnee Peak -36 trails open (27 groomed), 3 terrain parks open.4 lifts. Base depth: 26″-38″. 17″ of new snow in the past 7 days. Vacation week is filled with apres ski entertainment, comedy shows, Family Fun Day and Bubble Soccer.

Wildcat 32 trails (19 groomed) and 166 skiable terrain. 4 lifts operating. Base depths: 20″-40″. 2″ of new snow in the past 7 days. 105″ of snowfall this season. Catch live entertainment from 1:00-4:00pm in the pub daily during Feb vacation week, plus classic events like Lunch Tray Luge and Kitty Litter Cardboard Box Race.

Mt Washington Valley’s XC and Snowshoe Centers

Bear Notch Ski Touring – 45km trails open, 45km classic, 45km skating. Base depths: 19″-28″. 3″ of new snowfall in the past 5 days.Western Trail Network and Village loop are freshly groomed.

Bretton Woods Nordic Center– 48 trails (86km) open. 29 trails track set (54km), 34 trails skate groomed (61km). Base depth: 4″ – 11″. 10″-13″ new snow in the past 7 days. Tubing, skating and fat bikes from The Stone Pillar. from 10:00am – 5:00pm.

Great Glen Trails– 45km open; 18km tracked, 25km skate groomed.Snowshoe trails: 45km. Average base depth: 10″-20″. 17″ new snow in the past 7 days. Season snowfall total:95″. Tubing hill open. Snowcoach Tours scheduled, but weather dependent. Call ahead to inquire about fat biking. Sunrise SnowCoach tour Feb 18, 21, 25. Reserve in advance.

Jackson Ski Touring Foundation – 54 trails/135km open, 43 trails track set (57km), 43 trails skate groomed (57km). 11 back country trails open.18 snowshoe trails open. Base depth: 12″-24″. 13″ of snowfall in the past 7 days. Snowfall season to date: 63″. Free lecture & falcon showing at 6:00 on Sat.

Purity Spring XC and Snowshoe Preserve – Nordic trails are open with approximately 6-12″ base of machine-groomed granular and variable snow. Groomers put down a fresh skate groom Tuesday morning on approximately 20km of trails, but there is no “classic” track groom. Groomers are planning to be back out Friday to re-groom all trails and also add “classic” track grooming at that time as well. Snowshoe trails are accessible and warmer temps will soften the snow through the day. On Sun, Feb 18th EMS Nordic & Snowshoe Demo. Eastern Mountain Sports will be offering complimentary Nordic trail passes to first-timers plus demo cross country skis and snowshoes available for on snow clinics with the EMS crew from 9:00am. to 2:00pm.

Mt Washington Valley Ski Touring & Snowshoe Foundation – 40km open in Whitaker Woods and trails north. , 40km classic, 40km skate groomed. 45km snowshoe trails. 2km fat biking trails on designated trails. Base depths: 8″-10″. 2″ of new snow in the past 5 days. Guided Snowshoe Walk every Saturday at 1:00 pm. Note: The Whitaker Woods Snowshoe Scramble originally scheduled on January 13th was rescheduled for Sat, Feb 17, 2018, 10:00am start.
