February 2, 2017 (North Conway, NH) – Columbia Sportswear Outlet, Express and Corningware, Corelle & More have been announced as new stores opening at Settlers Green.
Columbia Sportswear Outlet will join the line-up of brands expected to open this summer at Settlers Green Streetside, a 15 million dollar expansion project that will add 50,000 square feet of retail space to Settlers Green. Corningware, Corelle & More Outlet and Express will be opening at Settlers Green Outlet Village this spring next to Adidas in Suite I40 and Under Armour in Suite H40, respectively.
In addition, Waterford Wedgwood Royal Doulton has relocated within Settlers Green Outlet Village to Suite C22 and Timberland Factory Store, Eddie Bauer Outlet and Brookstone all have recently renewed leases.
Stemming from Portland, Oregon, Columbia Sportswear has been making outdoor gear for more than 70 years. It has 100 stores nationwide and owns the Columbia, Mountain Hardwear, Sorel, Montrail, prAna, and Pacific Trail brands. Its products are sold in more than 100 countries.
Express ¾ which became a dual gender brand in 2001, caters toward fashion for young women and men. The Columbus, Ohio based brand opened its first Express Factory Outlet in 2013.
Corningware, Corelle & More Outlet includes a host of World Kitchen brands that extends to Snapware, Pyrex, Chicago Cutlery and more, specializing in dinnerware sets, serveware and drinkware.
The addition of Settlers Green Streetside will increase Settlers Green to 300,000 square feet of commercial retail development. Polo Ralph Lauren, the anchor store at Settlers Green Streetside, was announced back in November 2016. Settlers Green Streetside is expected to open this summer. It will have a total of 10 brands including a new concept restaurant featuring an extensive list of craft beers from around New England and the world.
