January 21, 2021

Greetings from Mt Washington Valley, NH!

We’re happy to report in with a very upbeat report after as much as 26” of snowfall graced Mt Washington Valley ski resorts and XC Centers over the past week. Bretton Woods has been in the sweet spot for snow, but all of the Valley’s 13 ski resorts and XC Centers benefitted from last weekend’s snowstorm and subsequent light snowfall all week with lots of variation from upper to lower elevations. We’re happy to see forecasts for continued light snowfall. We’ll take it all! The skiing and riding in Mt Washington Valley really is primo, with more and more terrain and glades opening all the time. Snowmobilers are happy with snow on the trails, and guided tours and rentals are going gangbusters. From fatbiking to tubing, sleigh rides, dog sledding and SnowCoach tours there’s plenty of outdoor fun for non-skiers – all with beautiful mountain views in the background. Per the recent executive order, all people (not just employees) must wear masks while on Federal lands.
