Mt Washington Valley, NH ski season underway! Here are the details.

Bretton Woods opened for the season, Nov. 22nd. This tele-skier was among those who got first tracks.

Here’s the update on snow conditions and anticipated opening dates (all weather dependent) from Mt Washington Valley today, Wednesday, November 23, 2016:

Attitash – Anticipated opening: December 9 or 10, 2016

Black Mountain – Anticipated opening: Saturday, December 3, 2016

Bretton Woods – Open for the season with 2 trails/2 lifts and 30 skiable acres. Base depth: 4”-18”. 1” of snow in the past 24 hours. 10” of natural snowfall for the season. Bretton Woods Skier Homecoming this weekend.

Cranmore – Anticipated opening for Cranmore Adventure Park (rides & tubing): Friday, November 25, 2016. Anticipated opening for skiing is weather dependent.

King Pine – Anticipated opening: Friday, December 16, 2016

Shawnee Peak – Anticipated opening: Saturday, December 10, 2016.

Wildcat– Opening: Thursday, November 24, 2016 (gobble gobble)

The XC Ski Centers in Mt Washington Valley are all anticipating opening in December with opening dates totally dependent on weather.

Bear Notch Ski Touring – Weather dependent

Bretton Woods Nordic Center – Weather dependent

Great Glen Trails – Weather dependent

Jackson Ski Touring Foundation – Anticipated opening: Saturday, December 10, 2016

Mt. Washington Valley Ski Touring – Anticipated opening: Saturday, December 17, 2016

Purity Spring XC and Snowshoe Reserve – Weather dependent
