July 4th festivities span 5 days in Mt Washington Valley, NH

North Conway, NH – Come to Mt Washington Valley for Independence Day and you’ll find five full days of different festivals, parades and of course fireworks. Choose your town, you’ll find fireworks going off for three days in a row in villages around Mt Washington Valley. But that’s not all. There are parades, carnivals, duck races, cook outs, live entertainment and tons of family fun. It’s all here in Mt Washington Valley, your July Fourth destination in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.

Here’s the line-up of events:

June 30-July 4: Gorham, NH’s July 4th Festivities: The carnival comes to Gorham, NH for a 5-day extravaganza of family fun, including duck races, classic cars, musical entertainment, dessert cook-offs, and of course fireworks. It’s New Hampshire’s longest running fourth of July celebration. Full schedule: Click here.

July 1 – 4: Bretton Woods hosts the 8th Annual Salute to Freedom: From Friday, July 1 through Monday July 4, salute American soldiers over a four-day celebration at the Omni Mount Washington Resort with musical performances, barbecues, beverage tastings as well as a pie eating contest and the annual Firecracker 5K Run. It all culminates on July 4th with the annual Family Fun Day complete with an all-American cookout and fireworks.

July 2: Fireworks in Jackson: Jackson Village & the surrounding communities come together to celebrate Independence Day. The skies light up approximately 9:00pm-ish. Bring a chair or blanket and purchase snacks and food in Jackson or bring a picnic. Info: www.jacksonnh.com/event/316/Fireworks.

July 2: July 4th Celebration in Fryeburg: Enjoy an old fashioned rural village celebration of Independence Day. Parade down Main Street, Fryeburg Village at 10:00am, then entertainment and fireworks at the Fryeburg Recreation Fields later in the day. Rain date: July 3. Info: www.fryeburgbusiness.com.

July 4: July 4th festivities in Conway & North Conway: It all starts with the Conway Village –with a “Funky Fourth” Parade at 1:30pm. Then the fun moves to Schouler Park after 3:00pm where a full line up of entertainment continues along with vendors supporting local non-profits too.
