Tin Mountain Nature Program: Mountain-Laurel Walk

Tuesday, June 25

Mountain-Laurel Walk
Tuesday, June 25, 3-5pm
Nature Learning Center, Albany
Join the staff of Tin Mountain as we wander through the most northerly and perhaps the largest mountain-laurel population in NH. The shrubs should be at the height of bloom during this walk through an extraordinary forest community of pitch, red, and white pine, with scrub and red oak as well as other interesting plant assemblages.

Unless otherwise stated, donations of $3 a person, $5 a family are appreciated.
The Tin Mountain Nature Program Series is sponsored by the Bank of New Hampshire and Hancock Lumber. Tin Mountain Conservation Center is a 501(c) 3 non-profit environmental education organization serving the greater Mount Washington Valley for over 30 years. To learn more about Tin Mountain Conservation Center and other upcoming programs call 603-447-6991, visit www.tinmountain.org, or Friend us on Facebook.
