Introduction to Human Resources, North Conway (Red Jacket Hotel), 4/11/19

This interactive workshop will cover the major federal and state employment laws along with the typical activities that can arise in any HR or office manager’s day, including on-boarding a new employee, managing a workers’ compensation injury, receiving a complaint of harassment, processing a request for a medical leave, and beginning the interactive process of a request for a work accommodation. We’ll discuss the best HR practices, legal missteps and when to contact your employment attorney, ways to streamline the above people challenges, and a variety of case studies on these subjects.

Stepping up to Supervisor, Conway, 4/12/19
Making the transition from staff member to supervisor can be especially challenging. This workshop addresses some of the challenges unique to the employee who has recently been promoted from within. Through self-assessment and case study discussion, you’ll have the opportunity to determine your preferred supervisory style and identify ways to modify your style to bring out the best in others.

Leadership in Service Excellence, Conway, 4/12/19

Leadership in Service Excellence is a one-day workshop focused on developing the techniques and skills critical to creating an exceptional service-oriented work environment. Participants will explore best practices for creating highly efficient service delivery teams and be introduced to leadership actions and behaviors that will lead to superior levels of customer service.
